Families of British victims of the Air India Flight 171 crash, which occurred on June 12, 2025, near Ahmedabad, have expressed profound dissatisfaction with the UK government’s response, describing it as “utterly abandoned.” The crash resulted in the deaths of 241 passengers, including 52 British nationals, and 12 crew members. Only one British citizen survived the incident.
