Judge Threatens Diddy’s Removal from Trial
During the ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs in Manhattan, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian issued a stern warning to the music mogul. The judge threatened to remove Combs from the courtroom after observing him “nodding vigorously” at jurors during witness testimony, actions deemed as potential attempts to influence the jury. Judge Subramanian emphasized that any further inappropriate behavior would not be tolerated and could lead to Combs being ejected from the courtroom.
The trial, which began on May 5, 2025, has featured harrowing testimonies from multiple accusers, including Combs’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and others who allege years of abuse and coercion. Combs faces serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and coercion, potentially carrying a life sentence.
