From Fast Food to Vegan: D’Prince’s New Lifestyle
Nigerian singer Charles Enebeli, better known as D’Prince, has announced a major lifestyle shift—he’s going vegan and cutting out all animal-based and processed foods. In a statement shared on his X page Friday, D’Prince described his decision as a personal “revolution,” rooted in the belief that *“Health is the first revolution.”*He criticized the modern diet culture, calling out the dangers of overly processed, chemically loaded fast food, which he linked to mental fog, chronic illness, fatigue, and a lack of drive.> “We live in a world where overly processed, chemical-laced food is everywhere. It’s cheap, fast, addictive—and it’s slowly destroying us,” he wrote. The artist revealed he has made the choice to remove fast food, snacks, and artificial “food-like” products from his life in favor of whole, plant-based nutrition. He encouraged others to take charge of their wellbeing, emphasizing that food impacts far more than physical health—it affects mood, sleep, focus, memory, and ambition.> “Mental fog, fatigue, chronic illness… this isn’t just ‘aging’—it’s toxicity. I had to opt out,” he wrote.> “Healing is self-defense. Healing is rebellion. Healing is how we prepare for real battles—the ones that require us at full strength.”D’Prince concluded with a call to action:> “If you’re tired, foggy, unmotivated—start with your plate. You’d be amazed what happens when you stop poisoning your system.> Save yourself. Heal your body. Unlock your potential.> The revolution needs you at 100%.> I’m going vegan—for my health, my mind, and the future.
